Ramsey Bergeron is a Leadership Performance and Resilience Strategist who equips leaders and organizations with the mindset systems, tools, and frameworks they need to perform under pressure. His keynotes open the door. His NEXT30 Operating System, coaching programs, and workshops are what organizations come back for.
The Story Behind the Work
Built from lived experience
Ramsey has worked with leadership teams across healthcare, energy and utilities, real estate, higher education, public service, transportation, and the military, representing more than $5 billion in combined annual revenue. Whether he is guiding executive teams at national corporations or running resilience workshops for frontline managers, the underlying work is the same: helping leaders respond instead of react when pressure is highest.
Ramsey has completed a 12.5 mile swim around Key West and a 10-day silent meditation retreat. He has also led group adventures from New Zealand to Norway. Each of these experiences shaped a piece of how he now teaches leaders to handle pressure.
His path to this work is rooted in personal grit. At 19, ruptured discs left him unable to walk and required back surgery. A second surgery followed eight years later. Even after re-injuring the same area, he completed eight full-distance Ironman triathlons, walking two of them entirely with herniated discs. Ramsey teaches leaders how to handle pressure by using the tools he developed to overcome real-world obstacles that would have otherwise been impossible.

Giving Back
Ramsey served as a board member of Duet from 2017 to 2020, supporting homebound adults through companionship and care. He has also volunteered with the Sojourner Center, Heidi's Village, and FirstCare.
Ramsey is also the author of Cake on the Floor: How to Handle Life's Unexpected Moments with Resilience and Grace, available on Amazon. The book distills the same philosophy he brings to every keynote and coaching engagement: your response to what happens matters more than what happens.
