Why I Built NEXT30

After years of coaching leaders who felt overwhelmed, reactive, or stuck, one truth became clear: awareness alone wasn’t enough. Leaders needed a system they could apply in real time, especially under stress.

Drawing on lessons from eight Ironman races, resilience training, emotional intelligence frameworks, and organizational leadership work, I built NEXT30 to help leaders practice consistency, not just talk about it.

This system gives them the structure, rhythm, and clarity to show up with purpose every day.
